Over the past couple of weeks, our newest intern has been learning what digital marketing really looks like behind the scenes at Paz Interactive. Not the polished version. The real one. The thinking, the testing, the small details, and the care that goes into every client, whether they’re just starting with us or have been with us for years.

This newsletter is her space to share that journey.

It’s an honest look at what we do, how we work, and what we care about. You’ll get a feel for how we approach each client, how we think, and why no two strategies ever look the same. But just as importantly, you’ll see what happens when someone new steps into this world and starts connecting the dots for the first time.

I’ve always believed that fresh perspective matters. That’s why the people who join our team, interns included, are here to think, question, create, and grow. Independence isn’t something we wait for. It’s something we build from day one.

But the goal is simple: help people become confident in their own thinking, their own creativity, their own way of doing things. Because that’s where the best work comes from.

Years ago, at a Wix Partner convention, I had the chance to interview Avishai Abrahami, the CEO of Wix. One thing he said stayed with me: hire people smarter than you.

That idea shaped how I built this company.

I don’t aim to be the smartest person in the room. I aim to build rooms full of people who challenge ideas, bring better ones, and push the work forward. That’s how we grow. That’s how we do better for our clients.
And that’s how Paz Interactive became what it is today.
